Happiness is what everybody want in every moment of life. Whatever we ever do tends to the ultimate goal and that is to be happy. At the same time we struggle most for happiness. Nobody ever deny to be happy but nobody is ever happy too.

Happiness is A Habit, Cultivate It!

Happiness is what everybody want in every moment of life. Whatever we ever do tends to the ultimate goal and that is to be happy. At the same time we struggle most for happiness. Nobody ever deny to be happy but nobody is ever happy too.

We all must have observed that when we are happy, we feel good inside. Actually it is the other way round. When we feel good inside we become happy. Happiness has nothing to do with the outside circumstances majorly, it is a feel good factor within us but practically the outside circumstances always affects our happiness. The unwanted circumstances, the awkward situations, the unpredicted results, all these steal our happiness. We start feeling bad inside and become sad. This happens every time. Let’s think further, what happens next when we become sad after some unwanted things happens to us. We then actually pass through that, we fight, sometimes we win, sometimes we learn. Finally, the time heals everything. Today we are not sad for the bad thing happened to us before some months or years ago. We have came out of it. Then why we become sad and feel bad when some unpredictable or unwanted things happens to us? The answer is HABIT. Yes, We have a habit to become sad in unwanted situations.

Habit is the practice we have cultivated by doing it repeatedly. Since we are on the earth, we have seen that we should become sad in unwanted situations, so we mechanically behave that way. The problem which will no longer be exist in our life after a few days, we become so much disturbed that we spoil our present. Moreover, we fight with that problem most of the time and solve it but during that period we are not happy. Probably its a good choice to be happy inside, fight with the situation and solve it in a more effective way, isn’t it?

Now habit is a thing which can not be removed, it can be replaced only. Start replacing your habit to become sad in any awkward situation by feeling happy always. Always remind yourself that “this too, will pass” and nothing can disturb you ever. You will never struggle for happiness then because you will be happy for ever.

HAPPINESS IS A GOOD HABIT, CULTIVATE IT!
